Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Identity & contact: name, email, phone, mailing address.
Vehicle: VIN, year/make/model, photos you upload.
Documents: bills of sale, prior registrations, IDs, and other paperwork you provide.
Payment: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Usage: basic logs and case activity.

2. How we use it

To research requirements, prepare and submit your title-recovery package, communicate with you, process payment, and meet legal and compliance obligations. Where a bonded title is required, you obtain the bond yourself from a licensed surety; if you send us the bond document, we include it in your submission package. We do not obtain, place, or procure a bond for you, and we do not advise you on bond amounts or coverage.

3. Service providers

We share data only as needed with: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (secure database and document storage), and Anthropic (AI document/research assistance). If enabled for your case, we may also use Twilio (SMS), Pinecone (regulation search), and Google Cloud Vision (VIN OCR). Each acts under its own terms.

Surety bonds: we may name one or more licensed surety providers so you can contact them yourself. That is a referral only. We do not send your information to a surety provider unless you ask us to, we receive no compensation of any kind, direct or indirect, from any surety provider, and we do not advise you on bond amounts or coverage (Wis. Stat. § 628.02(1)(b); we hold no insurance-intermediary license under Wis. Stat. § 628.03).

AI note: document and research assistance uses Anthropic's API. Data submitted via the Anthropic API is not used to train models.

4. Sharing with government agencies

To recover your title we submit your application package to the relevant state DMV or county office. This is the core purpose of the service.

5. Retention

We retain case data for the duration of your case and for up to 7 years afterward for legal recordkeeping and dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Depending on your state you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain sharing. Contact nuvent66@gmail.com.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable processors. No method is 100% secure.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 18.
